You are right. If you don’t reply to their questions, feedback, opinions, suggestions etc… how can you expect a good relationship with your app users?. It’s impossible. Hence, try to respond to every response you will receive from your users either positive or negative. You have to give only positive and trustworthy reply towards your every user no matter what they think about your app( either positive or negative).
